It will have some assets, a positive wallet but does have a -1.15 sec status but you are ok to go anywhere in empire. I will pay the transfer fee.
Some of the highlights of this toon are as follows:
 Has trained Assault ships 5
Has trained Battlecruiser 5
Has trained Caldari cruiser 5
He has very good Missile launcher skills as well as Shield skills so would be very capable in a nighthawk
Comes supplied with the Commandships skill book
Also has some very nice Gunnery skills
Can fly Hulks
I have not set a reserve or buyout but i will consider buyout offers. I do however reserve the right to remove this toon from sale if i feel it is not going to sell for a fair price.
